2月(yue)25日(ri),按照(zhao)武漢船機(ji)統一部(bu)署,海西(xi)重機(ji)在901會議室召開了“深化(hua)成本工程”啟動大會。武漢船機副總經理劉(liu)吉(ji)順,總經理助(zhu)理王家珍等工作專班領導(dao)(dao),海西重機領導(dao)(dao)班子、中層管理人員(yuan)及相(xiang)關部門工作人員(yuan)參(can)加了會議。
會上,劉吉順強調了深化(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)工(gong)程的(de)(de)必要(yao)性和重要(yao)性,并闡(chan)釋為什么要(yao)采取“專班”推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)。劉吉順指(zhi)出,一是(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)深化(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)工(gong)程專班推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin),每(mei)半(ban)月對海西重機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)(jin)行一次幫(bang)扶,形成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管理(li)有效機(ji)(ji)制和做(zuo)法。二是(shi)大力營造專項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)氛圍,通過動員(yuan)會以及系(xi)列培訓工(gong)作(zuo),共同啟(qi)發,達成(cheng)(cheng)共識(shi),借(jie)勢造勢,推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)工(gong)作(zuo)順利進(jin)(jin)行。三是(shi)系(xi)統梳理(li)面臨的(de)(de)主要(yao)問題,確定(ding)采取細化(hua)可行的(de)(de)措施。四是(shi)定(ding)期(qi)評價每(mei)項(xiang)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)措施的(de)(de)落實(shi)(shi)情況,責任到(dao)人,做(zuo)細做(zuo)實(shi)(shi)。五(wu)是(shi)以重點項(xiang)目為抓(zhua)手,量化(hua)結(jie)果評價。六是(shi)年底(di)形成(cheng)(cheng)系(xi)列管理(li)成(cheng)(cheng)果和做(zuo)法,用以指(zhi)導后續(xu)相關工(gong)作(zuo),支撐(cheng)海西重機(ji)(ji)高質(zhi)量發展。
王家(jia)珍介紹了武漢(han)船機(ji)開(kai)展深化(hua)成(cheng)本(ben)工程取得的成(cheng)果,并(bing)圍繞(rao)海西重機(ji)成(cheng)本(ben)管理存在29個問(wen)題和現狀,制定(ding)93項整改措施,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)后續工(gong)作專班和(he)海(hai)西重(zhong)機(ji)工(gong)作重(zhong)點(dian)。王家珍強調(diao),一是(shi)海(hai)西重(zhong)機(ji)全員(yuan)要(yao)(yao)對成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)理(li)(li)進(jin)行再認識,再定位。二是(shi)海(hai)西重(zhong)機(ji)全員(yuan)對成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)理(li)(li)體系、制(zhi)度(du)、方法以(yi)及路徑進(jin)行全面學習和(he)提高,重(zhong)點(dian)在(zai)中層及以(yi)上管(guan)理(li)(li)人員(yuan),要(yao)(yao)做到入腦入心。三(san)是(shi)加強成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)理(li)(li)與(yu)經營、技術、生產制(zhi)造(zao)等工(gong)作的深度(du)融(rong)合(he),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)良(liang)性循環。四(si)是(shi)加強基礎管(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)作。
海西重機黨委(wei)書記、董(dong)事長鄧(deng)振山代表公(gong)司(si)(si)作表態發言,今天是動(dong)(dong)員(yuan)會,同時吹響了沖鋒號,公(gong)司(si)(si)全(quan)員(yuan)要(yao)不(bu)折(zhe)不(bu)扣(kou)推行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本工程(cheng)(cheng)。鄧(deng)振山指出(chu),一是目前公(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)產品結構已調(diao)整(zheng)到(dao)位,要(yao)從無到(dao)有、從有到(dao)優(you)的(de)轉變,抓好前端,治未病,深化成(cheng)(cheng)本工程(cheng)(cheng)是公(gong)司(si)(si)高質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發展的(de)必經之路(lu)。二是武(wu)(wu)漢船(chuan)機專班(ban)幫扶,我(wo)們(men)要(yao)有空杯(bei)的(de)心態,轉變思想(xiang),把(ba)武(wu)(wu)漢船(chuan)機理念、方法(fa)“移植”過來,提高公(gong)司(si)(si)成(cheng)(cheng)本管(guan)控工作。三是武(wu)(wu)漢船(chuan)機迫切希望(wang)公(gong)司(si)(si)提高盈(ying)(ying)利(li)能力(li),我(wo)們(men)要(yao)以等不(bu)起、慢不(bu)得的(de)心態,趕快行(xing)動(dong)(dong)起來,全(quan)員(yuan)參與,全(quan)過程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)控,堅持質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)第(di)一,效益(yi)優(you)先(xian),在武(wu)(wu)漢船(chuan)機的(de)領導下,通(tong)過公(gong)司(si)(si)全(quan)員(yuan)扎實工作,力(li)爭今年(nian)成(cheng)(cheng)本管(guan)控,盈(ying)(ying)利(li)能力(li)和管(guan)理水平(ping)大幅(fu)提高,推動(dong)(dong)公(gong)司(si)(si)高質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發展。
