2012年12月4日(ri)至5日(ri),由公司領(ling)導、黨委(wei)、紀委(wei)、工會、人力資源(yuan)部(bu)(bu)等部(bu)(bu)門負責(ze)同志組(zu)成的考(kao)核(he)小組(zu),對公司中層管(guan)理人員和主持(chi)工作的部(bu)(bu)門主管(guan)進(jin)行了年度(du)考(kao)核(he)。
各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)領(ling)導、員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都(dou)積(ji)極參與到本次考(kao)(kao)核(he)中(zhong),各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)領(ling)導認真總結并(bing)匯(hui)報了2012年(nian)度各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)的主(zhu)要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、遇到的問題及明年(nian)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃(hua)。考(kao)(kao)核(he)組(zu)領(ling)導在認真聽(ting)取了各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)匯(hui)報后(hou),又(you)分別與被考(kao)(kao)核(he)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)逐一了解部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的開展情況和(he)建議。考(kao)(kao)核(he)組(zu)對(dui)各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)取得的現有成(cheng)績(ji)予以(yi)了充分的肯定,并(bing)對(dui)各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)(men)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提出了更高的要求,對(dui)個(ge)人都(dou)指出了改進的建議。
本(ben)次考評是360度全(quan)方(fang)位考核(he):公司領導對全(quan)體(ti)部(bu)門領導,部(bu)門領導相互之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),部(bu)門員(yuan)工對本(ben)部(bu)門領導都進行“德、能、勤、績、廉(lian)”等五方(fang)面進行綜合(he)考評打分。這種360度互動考核(he)有效促進了各(ge)部(bu)門間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)交流與溝(gou)通,也為(wei)部(bu)門間(jian)(jian)更為(wei)密(mi)切的(de)(de)(de)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)架起(qi)了橋梁,同時(shi)也讓公司更為(wei)準確的(de)(de)(de)掌握各(ge)部(bu)門現實狀況,對公司今(jin)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)決(jue)策(ce)和用(yong)人原則有很好的(de)(de)(de)指導作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。
