日前,公司(si)2013年度從勞務工(gong)中選拔合同制(zhi)員工(gong)工(gong)作圓滿結束,經(jing)過宣傳教育、個人(ren)申請、部門推薦、資格審核、考試(shi)、民主(zhu)評議和總(zong)經(jing)理辦公會討論研究7個環節,最終(zhong)有2名勞務工(gong)脫穎而出,成功轉為公司(si)合同制(zhi)員工(gong)。
公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)現有50名(ming)勞(lao)務工(gong)(gong),主(zhu)要(yao)從事(shi)焊工(gong)(gong)、起(qi)重工(gong)(gong)、司(si)機等一(yi)線工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),在公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)生產經營(ying)中發(fa)揮(hui)了重要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)。今年的勞(lao)務工(gong)(gong)轉合同制員工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),是公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)不斷加強(qiang)“金藍領”隊伍(wu)建設(she)的重要(yao)舉措之一(yi),旨在通過(guo)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開考評(ping)的方(fang)式,充分調動廣大勞(lao)務工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性,激發(fa)其主(zhu)人翁責任感(gan)和愛(ai)崗敬業(ye)意(yi)識,為實(shi)現公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的“精品戰略”打(da)下堅實(shi)基礎。
